I did not take till now. I thought of waiting for at least a week more as the content in the notice I received says that ' If I don't receive any other notice regarding Biometrics or Card within 90 days I need to call them'.
As you took it already, please do share your experience after you are done with it.

Finally all my checks have been cashed today. Reached application to NSC on July5th but as per checks back side the receipt no's allotted from Texas (Recepit no started SRC xxxxxxxxxxxx ) . Verified those receipt no's in online status and looks like they haven't entered yet in automatic system.

I guess one strategy would be only to file for principal applicants, get green cards, become citizens and then sponsor dependents would be a faster route than waiting through the EB route:) Just kidding.

Sanjeev: How do you know it was received by NSC on June 4th,is there on line reference? did you get a letter of recepit? DId your lawyer call them or you just checked the courier company on line receipt?

CIR is not going to happen, even if it happens there will be nothing for Employment Based Legal Immigration.
Any large immigration overhaul is not going to work in current economic climate.
And yes, you can not file a law suit for a law that we all were aware of while entering this country. No doubt those who are waiting for long time and are in the country for long time are in miserable condition but I don't think law suit is an option. But I certainly believe government is not aware of true picture of this situation.
I would like to take initiative and present the situation to senate and president's office. However I don't want to do this without approval of senior IV members. This would help those who are in country for long time and have been waiting for long time.
Senior members, please advise.

My attorney received my receipts as well as my wife's receipts...they sent me scanned receipts....PD Mar 2005...hand delivered to NSC on july 2nd...Received EAD 10 days ago...I-140 is from TSC...had a LUD on 5th august.....Receipts starts from SRC...it got transferred to TSC from NSC.. Received Date is July 2nd...Notice Date is August 14...

It is possible that check depositing staff also has there own back log. Once, application and checks are accepted, EAD can be issued, but check depositing staff may be slow in their work.
