They asked me to wait 90 days before calling in with questions related to Receipt notice. They are advised now that it will at least take 90 days to get the receipt notices completed.

2) Can we bring our family memembers also.......

Yes, we will finalize by tonight the text for the flyers for posting in the grocery stores. We need volunteers for putting out these flyers. If you want to help please PM me your contact details. There is a conference call t'night at 7:30 p.m. for allocation of duties.
I already have four volunteers need more.

Folks
Did anyone get their physical Cards without getting CPO message ?
I have recd the I-797C Approval notice on the 11th but I have not recd the physical cards as yet. BTW I did not get any welcome e-mail or CPO mail - I directly got 485 Approval e-mail and that is all.

I am the same boat, got the approval email and a week later received the approval notice in the mail. Did not get welcome or CPO email. My approval notice says I MAY have to do biometrics again to get my PR card
and they will notify me about appearing for biometrics if required.
Dose your approval notice have a similar message?

I have sent emails as per the clear (thanks) instructions. I have a small suggestion (correction). Instead of ending with "Thanks, .... Your Name", I suggest using "Thank You, ..... Your Name". IMHO, "Thanks" is used among friends and family and "Thank You" would be used for being more formal.
I know it is a minor detail, but I felt liking speaking what I felt.

Dates move ahead means almost all people before 8 Jan 2005 will get their GC in Sep 2009.
If that comes not true then DOS has given Spill over visas to Eb2 india on day 1 of new quarter and will do same for every quarter. If this is the case then date will move forward only in Jan 2010 bulletin.
and if they moved date forward because there are only few hundreds case between Jan 8 and Jan 22 2005 then we will see very big movement in Aug - Sep 2009. There are very few Labor since Nov 2008. So Eb2 ROW will not utilize even 10k visas in next year thus Eb2 row will donate 20k + visas to Eb2 india and Eb1 do same ... if Eb4 and Eb5 doesnot get renewal before Sep 30th then expect 5k more visas total almost 55k Spill over to Eb2 india and China which will make Eb2 C by Sep 2010..

One of my friend got "Card Production Ordered" email. He is EB2-I, PD Jan 2006, RD- Sep 30 2007, NSC.
Mine is Dec 2005 and still waiting. So what is going on with NSC? Are they also doing the same thing that TSC is doing? latest cases first?

You can do all you want and be as blunt. USCIS doesn't have to answer to you. Stop chanting the "HIGHLY SKILLED", paying all taxes, nonsense. You were not brought to the USA at gun point. You chose to come (and stay). The USA can just put one ad in the newspaper anywhere in the world and there will be 10 million highly skilled NEW people they can bring. They do not need you (us). It is important to remember that we are not doing anyone a favor by being here except yourselves.
Again, because USCIS is so BIG and has millions of applications to process they can say they are trying their best and cannot reply to each individual.
