If somebody is sending this letter, please do not send it without taking care of word-suggested corrections. There are too many green lines, most of the times because of spacing between two words.
OP - My intention is not to offend you but to point out the need for improvement in the document.
Don't worry! EB-3 is supposed to be low-skilled so nobody is going to frown at grammatical or typographical errors. :)

how come you joined the company in 11/2010 and applied on 12/22/2010 ? my lawyer is in the 3rd week and finalizing job description. she says advertising takes 30 days, pwd takes 6 weeks, etc etc, and that it cannot be approved without atleast 90 days of prepwork.

Finally got approval e-mail today after 180 bloody torturing days.:mad: Just in time for my travel on Feb 2nd. Still don't know if I will receive it before that.
Just to let you guys know, those of you who have passed their 3 months processing time limit, do make an infopass appointment. I did the same,got LUD in 3 days and approval in a week. Good luck to everyone who is waiting.

As explained in the first post of this thread the current plan: is to write to ombudsman, service center etc and explain why this I485 denial is wrong. The letter format and addresses are provided in the same post. I request members to email ombudsman the letter - since their office got some attention on this issue its best time to send more. All you have to do is paste the letter and add your personal info and send email - take a few more minutes to print it and send hard-copy as well, just in case if they ignore emails.

My guess is in Oct or Nov 2007 PD would retrogress to jan/may-2004 for EB3 India. So hang in there guys!!..They will approve a lot of cases with older RD by Sept 30. They are hell bent on not wasting any visa numbers henceforth."

This bulletin seems to have a more-detailed-than-usual write-up on PD movement and projections. It'll be interesting to see how ppl interpret the comments from Dept of State regarding projections.
